My son is 5YO. Usually during day time, he is not having any issues but at nights he is getting dry cough and that is resulting in to vomiting. After vomiting, he is again sleeping peacefully without any disturbance again. Doctors here are prescribing normal cough medicine like Astoril etc and asking us not to worry. But, this has become everyday problem for him.
Please suggest what could be the reason for his struggle during nights and what can be done to get rid of this please.
Note: we are not giving him any cold items like cool drinks, ice cream, juices etc., But still he is suffering only during nights.
