Tb Bi lateral psoas abcess
Patient is improving after taking 6 month att medicine. Bed ridden to normal walk and do normal activity.
After 6 month att.
Spinal Psoas abcess reduced to 125 ml to 90ml
4 ml to zero.
Question is : psoas can be cured by only medicine. Dr is giving me only att medicine.

If the psoas abscess has resolved completely you can stop the treatment. As per government policy treatment is for 6months only.
