Chest & Breathing Problems

At the age of her 19 she was fat looking and after 2years by her 22 age she maintained diet and reduced her body but her breast is saggy she is trying home exercises but she cannot firm it any idea to make it firmer

I get a sharp and stabbing pain in my right lung whenever I take a deep breath or I cough. It started a few days ago, on and off, but it has persisted over the past 3-4 days.
