Chest & Breathing Problems

From last 2 week in middle of chest i feel Discomfort, pressure, heaviness, and now back pain and pain in my left hand, i have taken advise from few doctors they said its gestic problem, but i afraid that is this the heart problem or other, please advise.

Hi Doctor, During night i used to get cold as well as congestion in both the lungs or u can say irritating in between chest and lungs whenever i sleep in AC room. Please advise.

My grandfather underwent angiogram 2 days back and diagram with a minute block in only one value ,so doc prescribed only medicines.For this he is prescribed Deplatt CV,Dilzem Sr .As he is having Copd as well he is prescribed Tab Bigbro,Montek ,Aerocort inhaler as well.since morning his hands are shivering while lifting glass.Is this a serious issue ? Is this a side effect of above mentioned medicines?

My wife is suffering from swollen lymps and reports confirmed that she is having tuberculosis lymphadenitis. Rt now , we are consulting pulmonologist. How much time will it take to get rid of this lymphadenitis. Also m looking for doctor who is good in dealing with such lymphadenitis. Pls suggest

She feel fever every day in the morning not feeling active we gone for check SGPT there was some infection but she took complete treatment of one month and she recovered well but again she has fever we did all the checkup but doctor not able to find out the problem

She has sugar and she is getting stomach pain as well as the vomiting sensation and moreover she is feeling very tired.

I am having a burning pain in chest since last 2-3 months. The doctor identified it as GERD after several tests including blood tests, ECG, H. phylori, etc and prescribed pantaprazole 40 mg daily for 1 month. However, after taking for 40 days and along with lifestyle changes like cutting off caffeine, spicy ,fatty foods, sleeping 3 hours after meal, having 5 separate meals,etc, I feel no major relief. Have now lost weight by 6 kgs in 2 months. Last week I visited another GI specialist who did an upper GI endoscopy and mentioned following in report : few white curdy patches in the food pipe,GEJ 40 cms, Lax LES. His diagnosis was GERD with esophagal candidiais . RUT for H phylori of biopsy was negative. He prescribed me fluconazole for 7 days, but no major relief yet after the course. Kindly suggest what could be the exact medicine for this. I appreciate a suitable answer.

I am Surffring from.hiv from last two.year i have also.problem in my chest i have more and more cough in winter season, leg pain headake too much pain in stomach kindy liver is too weak according to reports. Please suggest the medicine for HiV and other problems.

She has pain in chest and respiratory problem. while eating something she feels pain in throat and chest.

I was recently diagonsed 3 times over a period of 1 month for pneumothorax. Chest tube was inserted 3 times as diesease reoccurred. Finally in good major hospital of South Delhi, after endoscopy, suction machine, one inflammable liquid was poured into my chest via chest tube. Now there are 2 issues :- 1. There used to be pain sometimes in different small parts in my affected lung. But When I want to get up after sleep, i used to have too much pain too much where the tube was inserted. Pain killers don't help. I need specialist help. 2. I need to know when this hole caused by chest tube would be healed as my main doc said dressing can be done at any local hospital. I need to know the time of healing this and is it safe to do this hole dressing in any nursing home?
