Chest & Breathing Problems

My son Suganth is having disturbed sleep during night,he My son is having breathing problem during sleep,which wakes him up and make him scream and run to the other room to balance his inability in breathing

Hello, My brother is facing some issue with his health. He is 24 years old. Earlier diagnosed with anxiety disorder. History : He had panic attacks and later diagnosed with anxiety disorder. This was around May 2014. Current: Apart from anxiety, he started to feel pain in his back for quite a long time. 2 months approx. Every time he wake up in the morning, he complain about it. But few days earlier he said he was having chest pain after he was up in the morning. He said his chest feel like a very stiff thing, sort of rock solid you might say. And then he started having this pain every morning. Some more symptoms: Fatigue, dizziness, lots of sweat in the back of his head whenever he feels uncomfortable. Can you pleaee advise what might be causing this? I mean he doesn't feel the pain all day, sometimes it's twice of thrice a day or sometime it's one time in two or three day. But it mostly happens when he wake up in the morning. All the pain.

Hi, I am facing breathing difficulties for past 3 days. I have no symptom of cough, cold or nasal congestion. Somehow managing to breath through mouth. I can breath well when I sleep but during the day and while working, I face sever issue breathing normally. I consulted a general physician today and he advised to get Pulmonary function test. Results of which are perfectly normal. There is no symptom of having asthma or any related disease. Doctor recommended to try balloon blow exercise and conscious breathing practices. Can somebody advise on further course of actions?

I have got breathing problem, when I get this problem I breath forcefully due to which my legs and hands become cold. I had a checkup with general physician where he said my bp, oxygen, heart beat is normal. In a month I got this problem for thrice, I don't know what to do. Please suggest and help me. Nagging pain on elbow joint. Injured while lifting weights in gym. Following RICE. But little relief. Too much pain while lifting weight first time but subdues on subsequent lifts. Weird.

Small piece of rice got into lungs while eating food in yesterday can it hurt or it will disolve there there any chance of getting infection ?
