Chest pain
When ever I change my posture sleeping on one side for at least 15 to 20 mins I get a pain in my right side of chest for 2 mins and again when I stretch the pain is no more. I am having this problem from past 4 months . doctor told that it's just a muscle pain . But it keeps my worrying about that pain and its not going. Please help me correct diagnosis and further management

Hello there..... I went through your query..... I can understand your concern.... And yes it is due to muscular spasms... Following these steps would help..... Drink plenty of water before, during and after exercise....Make sure your diet is nutritionally adequate, and include plenty of fruits and vegetables....A regular massage may help to reduce muscle tension......
