Chest & Breathing Problems

I have tightness around the chest like a band and heaviness on it. Also seems to be a lump under left breast very small one

Fever starts between 6pm and 3am with chill Swetting after fever cant take long breath 8 sec Sometimes fever in eve and morning Pain in the right side of chest while caughing and for long breath. X ray report mentioned that thick walled cavitory lesion noted involving right mid zone with surrounding consolidation

I get pain in chest and throat while eating or drinking anything. Some time less or some times very much

Can he overcome gynecomastia without undergoing surgery and if yes can you please mention how much would it cost ????

I am diagnosed with hiatus hernia and gastritis. Doctor has prescribed the medicine. But from last one week I do not see much difference in the pain. Can some one share the cost of Laproscopy hiatus hernia surgery, in bangalore.

He is totally week by tuberculosis. He is not able to have food also, he had taken treatment in nimhans few months ago but didn't continue the medicine.

He is having allergic asthma and due to which his 20% of lungs not working. Is there any method ar treatment by which his 100% lungs start working properly. Anyhow????? Please help Any therapy, medicines, or surgery????

Hello Doctor, My aunty is suffering from COPD and sleep apnea.She gets fragmented sleep with very low levels of oxygen.The lowest oxygen saturation was 67% from baseline of 92-94%.A sleep study test was done on her.Reports suggested Obstructive Apnoes, Hypopeas and hypoventilation leading to severe oxygen desaturation and sleep fragmentation. She was in sinus rythem throughout the night. She is not able to breath properly and has weight issue. Please suggest what to as i am really worried for her. Thank you. Kunal.

Actualy she got swelling redness and itching it burns in this way she also getting changea in her skin color its getting black so can you pleaze suggest any treat ment for this.
