Chest & Breathing Problems

I want to know the reason, before my periods date why my breast are paining and swelling. Is there any serious problem?

Doctor, I am an Asthma patient. I take Romilast 10 mg daily and use Roto haler asthalin on getting chest tighten attack. I am suffering from this chest tighten Asthma attack. The medicine Romilast 10 mg is not effective. Asthalin roto haler gives temporary relief. I have high BP so taking Stamlo 5mg. I have urticaria so daily taking Cetzine. I am obese 110 kg height 5feet 7 inch. What is the cure for Asthma? Help me.

Hi sir/mam I want to ask you about how we can clear our Lungs which are daily consuming a lot of pollution, occasionally hookha smoke(flavoured), 1 cigarette daily or sometimes weekly or 1 to 3 in a week. So how can the person clear his lungs and prevent some future illnesses and diseases.
