Recently I took chest x-ray, results shown "Curvilinear Opacity seen in the Right hilar region and mid zone". Impression ? Horizontal fissure thickening Please advise

My female friend visited a pulmonologist who is a chest specialist for common cold diagnosis. He checked the mouth,ears and the nose.Then all of a sudden he starts examining the chest without the consent of the patient,the whole time he did not use the stethoscope and he laid hands on the upper chest which seemed acceptable and then he holds his hand palm flat and was holding the side of the breast part. My question is he can always use a stethoscope for doing all this,as the person is a female and he is carring out a sensitive exam, Is that the standard procedure in India ? If it is then i ll accept that it is related to health and there was no misconduct,please advise and enlighten me

I am 21 years old.I think i have gynecomastia.I had it right from my school days.Gym was just an alternative to let it go...but there too i wasn't confident enough to do strength exercises.Can you help me get rid off it.Ill try my very best now..i want to have chest ..just like normal man..this sucks..Any medications or diet plans or any recommendations for doctor consultation would be helpful
