Chest & Breathing Problems

I'm of slender body type. Very average in terms of muscle mass. But I think there are much more fat at breast and belly region. The main problem is that right breast looks prominent than left, which attracts other eyes. Very annoying. And surprisingly sometime both sides look similar. But I don't know when it happens or is it illusion . I don't know what to do, where to go and so felling depressed. Please help me. I want to get in normal shape.

Hi doctor. I was diagnosed with miliary tb last month since than I have been on medications, since the last few days I have pain in my joints like wrists shoulders arms neck and shoulder joints sometimes I hear the joint pain kind of sound as well when change my position while sleeping...and feel tired and  have indigestion as well...are these side effects of tb treatment?

Hi, most of the times I yawn, I feel cramp on the right side of my chest. I feel unbearable pain for some time, than slowly it goes away. What can be the reason and precautions? Also, is there a way to decrease that pain asap, when it happens?

I have done medical for going dubai.but during chest x-ray report a calcification caught in right hilar sight.sir please help me how to remove it as soon as possible.because i did my job in dubai.if i medically unfit they do not accept me.I do not feel any pain in the chest sight.Is this for my smoking habit??(since i am a smoker).

My female friend was suffering from common cold for nearly a week,therefore i went to see a PULMONOLOGIST he checked the mouth,ears and then he did fremitus on the chest,but he did not ask her to say 99 or bluemoon and he didnt ask her to cough either..Is fremitus test necessary for her and can it be done without the person uttering a word

Without taking chest xray or without the pateient showing any symptoms do pulmonologist do lungs and thorax assessment using hands (without stethoscope) for a simple common cold?
