I have been allergic since childhood from dust,pollen . Quite prone to cold and cough specially as the season changes. Recently I have had mild cough from a cough from last 7-8 days or so and have been sneezing very frequently( 7-8 at a time). I am a runner and today while running I felt a bit out of breath. And there was a mild noise in my breathing . I could hear my breath. And after that my body felt really exhausted and tored..

Ur having typical allergic bronchial asthma, must do some blood tests like AEC an ige , pulmonary function test and get treated accordingly by consulting a pulmonologist.
