Chest & Breathing Problems

I have a sharp and tightning pain in upper left chest.there is also pain in ear. sometimes my heart starts beating fast and have problem grabing my breath.have done chest xray and ecg.both are normal...this started after i had bhang a month ago.

Pain on the right side of the chest, above the breast. The same area affected on the back too. I feel pain when I try to take a deep breath, laugh, sneeze or coughing. Have been facing this from last 4 days. I have some acidity and gas issues (not severe, primarily due to food not made in my home), but not sure if that is a contributing factor. I have tried pain relief sprays and balms (in case if a muscle got pulled or got cold) but that doesn't provide relief. There is a sharp pain in the chest. Don't feel the pain increasing when lifting things. I don't have a cough related issue and my breath is congestion free.

My left chest, upper left breast area seems to be like hard surface it feel like hard lump or bone type hard beneath the skin...Worried whenever I touch that part its hard lump...

I've been having pain on my breast if i touch little hardly it pains like a wounded place, i have cold and cough problem also

Back in November I fell down my apartment stairs and broke three ribs. It took two months for them to heal but ever since the incident I've been having moderate to severe pain. I went to see my family doctor and had some tests done on me including an x-ray. The doctor believes my ribs never actually fully healed. Is that a possibility for this lingering pain I've been having?

Hi, For the last 2 week I am having treatment for tuberculosis,having multiple drugs for 3 days a week basis. I have swelling at right lower neck and I had medicines before I stated TB medicine.But still I have swelling at right lower neck it has size of half egg.now I don't feeling any pain in that area. Medicine I had for swelling are Anacmol,rantacD,droxyl 500. Was there any problem for continuing this medicines along with my TB treatment ? Or What should I do for this? Please help me.
