Chest & Breathing Problems

I have a pain in my right chest , when i breathe in deeply. Dry cough and throat pain too. Now pain resided a little bit but come intermittent. Problem when exercising and climbing stairs. Feeling less capacity to do physical exertion.

I feel acute pain on both sides of my breasts and i can't find any lumps , could you please let me know the solution

In short intervals of time, I am taking effort to take a long breath..but normal breathing is ok..is it acidity problem or something else?

I am experiencing long breath problem at some intervals, but normal breathing is ok.I have undergone X-ray chest and it is written that " Hyperinflated lung fields noted", "bilateral hilar prominence noted" and also done ECG and it indicates " sinus tachycardia with Minor ST elevation in lead V1.So what am I supposed to do??

This is my second question... I have been infected with TB and got to know about it on 4th Feb 2017 and I am taking medication from the day one and I am worried about my family members.. My mom is showing some sympotoms of I'll she is feeling tired and also she is feeling itchy throat, cold and head ache as well but not regularly... She gets cold and head ache very oftenly like two days once... I am worried so much because she stays nearby me always and when I was ill before knowing that I am infected with TB she used spend lots of time with me hence forth is there any chances of she getting it and I am sick and showing TB symptoms from past one month.. Is there any chances of she infected with TB and for how many days usual TB patient show symptoms once infected? she is a diabetic patient as well!! If she infected with TB can it be cured easily as it does for me...

From the 3 month i got sputum in every 1 minute. i go for x ray and other blood investigation but report is normal.but still i suffered with this problem.every single sec i fell that i have mucus in my throat,sometime i fell nothing.please guide me
