Chest & Breathing Problems

My mother having breathing problem if she is been walking by stairs.she is been suffering from lack of sleep Whom should I consult..

I have cough since 4 years .. shown so many doctors taken medicine acording to them .. history of smoking 3 months back. Done chest x ray and all blood test but all reports negative. Sputum not coming dry cpugh always present.

I having cough from 2 months. Some time i saw a little blood spot in cough. This was occured twice. Now my cough is not as much as it before.

I have been having constant cold and sometimes cough since many years ..more than 15 years .Recently underwent turminoplasty and septoplasty after which the nasal blockage is not there ..but there is still cold that is always present alongwith cough.During chest examination at the time of turminoplasty ,it was mentioned in the report 2 things .. Prominent bronchovascular markings are noted in bilateral lower zones and Linear Fibrotic opacity is noted in right mid zone Can you suggest what are these findings and if they are a concern ..Advance clinical corelation and followup was mentioned in the report

I feel pain in my throat when I used to speak, That something disturb in that vaccum . Sometimes I feel a mild pain in my chest

There no relief from coughing, I have been Diagnosis TB and Sarcoidosis in Nov 2015, I have gone through the treatment, and it is over in Nov 2016. But there is no relief in cough and heavy sputum, sputum is clear color. There is huge production of sputum, mostly just after eating or drinking anything. So please advise me what should I do now

AND PRESCRIBED 1 ONE PIRFENEX TABLET T D S .I HAD TAKEN 3 TABS DAILY FOR 8 MONTHS AND LEFT IT FOR ONE YEAR.ONE MONTH BACK DR RECHECK MY LUNG THROUGH H T SCAN AND PULMOLOGY TEST AND PRESCRIBED PTRFENEX ONE T D S FOR ONE AND HALF WEEK AND 2 TDS FOR 6 AND HALF WEEK. DO I TAKE 6 TABS DAILY ?

I was diagnosed with TB and have been under medication since last 4 months. The CT scan report says I there is some fibrotic change in my lungs. I am having chest pain sometimes and also feel like some kind of inflammation in my lung. Do I need to take any medicine for this or it will go away automatically. Please look into the CT scan report and suggest me if anything is to be done. Actually I am going to apper for civil services exam and for medical fitness test they mentioned they will be checking whether lungs are working properly or not. So will there be any problem for me due to the above mentioned medical problem.

I am using Aerocort inhaler for my asthma attacks. I am a 27 year old woman, 3 weeks pregnant. Is it safe? Is there a better drug?

I have consult a chest specialist and he says you have tb without any report because he thinks pleurisy which i am suffering came from this only and giving me medicine. is it correct?? I have done my TV gold test which shows positive and gamma radiation level is 0.45 so do I have tb????
