Chest & Breathing Problems

I m 34 years old. In april 2015 i found i have diabities. I controlled it by taking glyciphage 500 as well as aayurvedic medicine. Since 26 feb 2016, I HAVE discomfort near chest. Sometimes it goes to left arm. Sometimes. It is normal everywhere.

I suffering from Breast pain nd feeling too much heavy.. From 2 months.. What should I do.. But my breasts shape is normal..

I am an unmarried 25 y/o girl. I am having pain between left arm and left breast (including breast sides) and it transfers to the whole breast and part back. I am facing this issue since last 5-6 months. And it starts and happens while i am laid down and not generally while working. Sometimes the pin feels like vibrations going on.

I am male 43 yrs old. Do smoke approximately 4 cigarettes per day. Recently done Chest X-Ray and normal blood tests. All came normal. Left side chest discomfort is there. ECG was normal. The GP put a stethoscope and said that nothing to worry my chest is clear. According to him its because of anxiety. Yes, I am anxious about lung cancer. So how can I rule out Lung Cancer?
