Chest & Breathing Problems

I am confused whether I have gynaecomastia or just chest fat. How can I identify it and cure it. Please help me out sir whether I do need surgery or it will be cured through exercise and gym.

Hello sir, I am 20 year female have pain in my chest randomly at any time any place from last 1 month..few days ago I came to know that I have anaemia. I am taking all things to increase my himoglobin. But from past 2 days I realize pain in my left half of chest most of the time this is also at random time...and today this pain sometimes also come to my left hand the pain is not so sharp means I can tolerate it so easliy...I don't understand what's wrong with me . Is it because of anaemia or something else..plz help me out..iam really so scared about this.

My mother noticed a small lump in her left side breast...she went for a needle aspiration test..they recommended for surgery.. But she did not have any symptoms and she is very healthy ..is she need surgery?

Irrespective of my periods, I have been facing from mild to severe stomach cramps along with swollen and painful nippels. Kindly advice on the medication required. Any serious symptoms ??

Its bad. I get that. Initially my friend introduced me and taught me how to smoke. Its been 5 years we are smoking regularly. We have turned to be chain smokers and we both are worried. Trying to give up this bad habit but smoking is not leaving us. We are consuming 15-20 cigarettes daily and it has became so habitual that we always want more of it. Problems like cough and cold is not leaving our body. We feel Mild chest pain sometimes too. I dont know if it is too late to leave this bad habit. Any minute disease and i gets worried if it a cancer. I have already tried the nicotex tab to get rid of this habit but no result. Can someone please help? How to leave smoking or let smoking leave me?

In upper middle chest heavy, heavy feels maybe due to streching or somethoing else , heavyness feeling from last one day.

Hi sir. first of all thankz for your addressing all d questions of all users.. myself recently 1months having some chest pain kinda pinching feeling in left chest, i consult cardiologist who taken ecg and 2d echo and result was normal.. and went for gastroenlogist explained my problem doctor replied it's related to gastric problem so ur having pain in left chest same time i am facing some gastric problem also indigestion and some difficult as more burbing, i dont have any other sympotms expect pain at chest..some time feeling gas space occurred and hitting my chest inside and having pain.. is this curable with prescribed medicine now by my gastroentologist for 15 days or shall i need to precautious more ..please advice.. thankz in advance..
