  4. TB confirmation. 45 with i have tb?

I have done my TB gold test and result was positive with gamma radiation 0.45 with I have tb ? But I don't have any problem like cough but I have pleurisy

Tb gold suggest exposure and not infection. Infection needs to be confirmed by micro biology examination of sample. Consult a chest physician
