Chest & Breathing Problems

I had breathing problems at intervals.I had undergone PFT test.. Attaching the report for the same. Kindly guide...

Regular cough in every season and More in night time ,not able to have sound sleep,stunting has done for heart and diabetes also .using medicine biphasic isophane insulin injections ip,and tablets are.ecosrpin,clopidogrel,atorvastatin,omeprazole,levetiracetam,mecobalamin,ramipril,metformin hydrochloride.

Hi I am suffering from GAD of having heart problem ..i always think about chest pain ..nowadays chest pain comes when i move arms or walk ...done 4 ecg and blood test all are normal.. does chest pain while walk is related to underlying heart problem

Good day! I'm Male 20yrs. Old. I'm just bother about a phlegm or mocus in my lungs. I intentionally cough to spit it, but after a moment there will be some again of phlegm or mocus in my lungs. When I spit It's like there is a white in my saliva and it's sticky. I'm already experiencing it for more than a month and I haven't consult to a doctor. Please instruct me what to do, Thank You!

I have pain in my chest one small accident done from care gate and my chest ,on that time normal pain but after 1 day pain is growing day by day

As per CT report his 50%lungs are affected. Non smoker , lungs affected due to working in chemical fumes environment of leather factory. Cold weather affects a lot , hence brought here in Pune. Currently on oxygen therapy at home. Oxygen saturation 73-74. Still having breathlessness and easily catch cough and could even in Pune. Pls suggest what to do to increase his immunity and reduce breathlessness. Medicines : medrol 4mg and nebuliser duolin and livolin apart from BP medicine's.

Feeling lot of pain below my left chest and shoulder. And unable breathe properly because of the pain.

Sir the following attachment is my manometry test report which is suggested to take by doctor. after that he given lesuride tablets. already one week over but till I did not get recovered. Iam facing very difficult situation to take food. Nearly it is taking 2hrs to complete the 75% food. I am caufing from last 1month. Doctor suggest to do CT scan Thorax, Blood test and Cauf test. The CT scan report findings are: LUNGS: a large heterogeneously enhancing lesion measuring approx. 7.43cm×4.38cm×8.25cm in CS & CC dimensions is noted in the superior segment of left lower lobe. The lesion is causing attenuation and cut off the segmental branch of the bronchus.Two calcified nodules are seen in postero-basal segment of right lower lobe. Suggests possibility of mitotic etiology, However FNAC is advised to rule out other possibilities. PLEURA:There is mild pleural effusion. Mediastinum: Medialtinal structures are within normal limit. Prominent nodes are noted in the lower par-tracheal, sub-carinal, aorto-pulmonary window and pre-vascular stations. CHRST WALL: Chest wall is intact. No bone destruction in axial images. No supraclavicular or axillary lymphadenopathy. No focal lesion in imaged part of the liver or suprarenal areas. Is it cancer??
