I have always observed that my left breast is larger than my right. I had consulted 4-5 doctors in the past few years to understand if there is any issue. However, everyone has said that it nothing. But now the pain has started emerging and I'm scared it might be cancerous. What would your suggestion be as next steps? Who do I see? What tests should I get done before hand.

I think ultrasound of your breast should be the initial test to begin with. Mammogram causes radiation and is not recommended at your age if u dont have any swelling or lump.
