Extreme cough
I am on treatment of chicken pox since yesterday. I am taking acyclovir 400mg five times a day along with paracetamol 650 mg one time a day. My cough and high fever are not subsiding. Severe cough is causing me chest pain.

Take some bronchodilators like avlo 100mg and, nacfill 600mg bd.
