Pain near left Chest area

Question

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I am observing pain in the rib cage top left side near chest area.... Pain is more observerved while lifting heavy weight with left hand and also during heavy breath in / out.I thought it may be due to wrong sleeping posture.. But in that case pain gets decreased and finishes in 1-2 days time.. However in this case i am experience pain from last 5 days.... Let me know the solution

It's due to muscle spasm r strain take painkillers and muscle relaxant at present, meanwhile take a chest x-ray and send me, mostly will be simple issue no need to worry.
