Chest & Breathing Problems

I am a male age 38years,i am suffering from rhinitis & sinus since small age. I wanted to know is there surgery to get rid of this as i face short of breathness, coughing & sneezing sticky watery from my nose throughtout the year

I have had a longstanding cough which lasted for about 6 weeks. I took lots of anti allergy tablets, antibiotics & cough syrup as directed by the ENT. This was around July 2023. Right now, I am again suffering from the same kind of cough with white phlegm & mild fever with slight body ache. Why am I having these repeated bouts? I am taking sinarest as of now. What can be done for the long run.

So today i used a thermometer which was used by my brother who has TB around 2 months back and since then the thermo was packed in its plastic case and today i got it out and washed with only tap water and used it 4-5 times, am i at risk?

Background: I am a 28 yr old Female diagnosed with Mild pulmonary TB in July. AFB was positive and CB NAAT was negative -MTB not detected. So my doc concluded it as NTM kind. I am on Anti-TB medication from DOTTS since July and it's been 2 months now. Symptoms have disappeared to quite a extent, a little tiredness persist now and then. Culture test result until 11-08-2023 - No growth after 4 weeks of incubation . Question: Can I involve in physical intimacy with my partner? Would there be a concerns of contamination when kissing? My Treating doctor has confirmed that I had Mild TB and now am not contagious anymore. I wanted to gain assurance from wider forum if TB can still spread to another person via Saliva? Your responses are valued. Thank you!

Recently I done my CXR PA What is this ? Am affried?? I confused Is this any serious??? What can I do?

Hello dr I feel wheezing sound when lie down in bed this problem also  happened last year end of aug and this year also have same same problem on 15 aug .family doctor give me a medicine I feel better .but today also I notice wheezing sound on chest.please give me suggestions

Hello Dr my baby is now 2 months old ..when he is 26 days old he is suffering from lrti as pnemonia he is in nicu for 9 days and getting better but after a week again he catch cold during Dr visit...his breathing his fast retractions again hospitalized and relive after 10 days Dr said it's rsv virus as per test Jo humne karwaya tha virus it's been 16 days ...he is discharged within 10 days but his chest retraction not gone fully during breathing...he is gaining weight active Susu potty everything normal I want to know uske retraction kab kam honge..Dr bole ki dhere dhere honge kam but bahut dar lagta hai as he is only 2 months plzz reply🙏ki kya kare koi medicine hai ajj hi usko pnemonia ki vaccine lagwayi hai and Jo lagtinh 1.5 month m
