Anaphylactic shock is a medical emergency
If your concern is of acute asthma attack then use the inhaler regularly and carry it with you
If you knew your allergic to something better avoid it
You can use inhalers, including steroid inhaler.,and antihistamines. Pl identify the Allergens and avoid them.pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
