My cousin was diagnosed with bone tb and she was living with us in our home, I've recently got a chest xray and in the report it shows (Prominent bronchial markings with peribronchial cuffing in the bilateral perihilar regions -? infective.), does this mean I've tb?

I have muscle pain in my chest from last 2 years, I don't know if it is due to smoking, sleeping upside down or due to my stomach pain or fat. When I press under my rib cage, I feel crackling. I feel pain between the lungs and stomach near the rib cage and it happens on both sides. Not very much but I can feel it. I had an VATs surgery in the past.

Last 2 month he recommended me am 5mg wyslone and shelkal 500 mg 2 Times in a day. CGHS Pharmacist gave me bio D3 plus instead of shelkal 500mg. Can I take bio D3 plus 2 times in day in place of shelkal 500 mg?
