If someone have copd or asthma  . So is it necessary that these people must protect theirself from  air pollution ?

Can we drink butter milk while. Suffering from. Cough with mucus. Please suggest if it should be avoided

I was diagnosed with tb 2 years ago and after treatment I had difficulty of breathing and doctor said it was post tb asthma and gave inhaler. Now i do not feel urgency to take inhaler on daily basis but sometimes I need this. My question is do I need to take inhaler on regular basis or SOS basis?

Doctor then prescribed muclolite syrup and levocet . Should I take additional asthalin nebulization to relive congestion? Or will it counter react
