Hii dr i feel sometime breathlessness whole day and my report is attached what is the reason for the same as it is happen some time in month. Fev1-78 Fec-79 Ration of both-98 Oxygen level-98 Chest xray attached Ecg-notmal Echo-normal

My father was in hospital for more than 1.5 months and currently he is having saturation of 96-97 and CRP is 39 creatinine of 6.1 and urea is 139. Kindly suggest the HRCT and send the analysis.

Hi I'm 31 years old I have a breathing issue shortness of breath and wheezing 4 years back doctor suggested to take formonide 200 rotacapsule for 3 months but still there is no improvement so I took it for 4 years now also I'm using if I get difficult is that ok or i should consult again? She is taking BP tablets continuously and her no always stays in 150/ 90 and times 140/80. But she feels tired and now she has started walking. 1.5 km a day and put down her weight from 98 kg to 91 kg.. but still feeling exhausted. Oxygen rate is 95 always.last year 2 times we dig ecg and other test . No visible defects noticed. As per doctor blood circulation is uneven. Pl suggest

I recently underwent a chest xray and this is what it came out. "Blunting of the bilateral costophrenic angles, more on the left with calcification along the diaphragmatic aspect of left pleura- most likely to represent pleural thickening." Can someone please suggest as I am getting worried. I've had covid history with pneumonia two years ago.

My mom is 50 yrs old had cough and WBC count around 19000. We have visited general medicine and the WBC count got reduced and cough also reduced. After every 2 days she is getting a vomiting sensation and saliva stucks in throat which is scary and she goes breathless due to it. Medicinens are not helping her to cure like pulmoclear, azee.. is there a different issue to be looked into or visit any specialist to make this a permanent cure?.. please help the right path to cure it 🙏

Whenever i sleep whether it's night or day there use to come lots of dreams in my sleep one after another till morning and when i wake up in morning i do not feel fresh and feel tired, fatigue feels like body is paining even very difficult to wake up in morning.I use to go full body checkup every year but reports are normal consulted internal medicine doctors but still no result I am hopeless now whom to consult...
