I have asked my doubts earlier but am sending the message again to clarify... Sometimes my breathing seems to be a little faster then I can't even take a deep breath and it's so hard I feel like I'm dizzy.Echo ECG everything is ok after seeing my message and told me to see pumonology doctors.. I had a similar problem six years ago and I saw a cardiologist Doctor prescribed calapitin40 After some time I didn't have any problem like this now after a month after my father passed away I am having this problem again.If it is the problem of Lungs, why was there no problem all these yearsIt's okay when I'm talking to someone and I'm going to walk for an hour and I still have no problemNow it's been 7 months since I went for a walk and it's been 7 months since my delivery that's why it's hard for me to take a cold shower now I didn't have that problem before.What's really the problem hart nothing is the problem with the lens itself or so I think

When you are not performing regular exercise for a long time, it's become difficult to do mild exercise later on, this is called Deconditioning. Which is nothing serious but regular mild exercise will take care of it within months. Anxiety may also be associated with this condition. But in case of Breathlessness, any lung or cardiac problem must be excluded at first. That's why as first line evaluation a Chest X-ray, HOLTER Monitoring and Blood Hemoglobin level should be tested.
