Chest & Breathing Problems

My Ige level 2300. I have problem with pollution. That increases during these months in delhi. Is there any permanent cure of allergy ? It becomes difficult to walk 5 minutes due to this problem. Pollution is in air , so can we avoid allergens completely as air is everywhere  ? What would be normal ige level of a person ? Only montek-lc helps me, not even inhaler pumps work.

My mother did a Venous Blood Gas Analysis test for her kidney problems but there are few results that are abnormal as below. Kindly advise what could be the issue? SO2 - 28.9% pO2 - 23.5 mmhg pCO2 - 47.2 mmhg Electrolytes are in normal range.

My mother has been prescribed foracort 200 tablet (2/day) for wheezing. She has been taking the tablet through lupihaler. But it's mentioned in the bottle to use rotahaler. Can she continue using lupihaler. Her doctor is out of station so she couldn't ask him

Hi PFA the CT scan of my mother who is 58 years old. It is given as ILD. Can you help as to what is this disease and is it terminal?

During this time of the year since past 2 years I suffer from allergic asthma. I am from Delhi. Every year when pollution begins due to stubble burning , aqi reaches 250 and I suffer from asthma. I cannot walk 100 metres jn pollution and only stay at home. Consulted many doctors . Inhaler pumps don't work at all. Also tried nebulizer. Don't xray many times...some doctors say i have asthma , skme say bronchitis. Some say asthimic bronchitis. Steroid tablets work but I can't take it regularly. My ige level is very high in blood. Lungs usually are clear. Yes sometimes doctor say bronchitis shows in lungs but lungs air volume etc test were fine. My question is what is this disease and is there any cure for this disease, And please note my situation is as such all day long. I cannot leave house .

I am on ATT treatment since 4 month ,I was diagnosed with pulmonary tb at the time of diagnosis lymphnode tb not occur but after 1.5 month of treatment cervical lymphnode tuberculosis diagnosis,after this my lymphnodes continuously increasing .till date doctor say my x ray is improving completely radiological improvement occure but why lymphnode tb not improving??? And i drain 3 ml pus from it today .. What can I do ???what happening is there??

Hello, I am facing shortness of breath since past 20 days. I have taken TB treatment 10 years back. My chest x ray shows normal first time after 15 days it is showing slight infective etiology at centre of lung and everything normal. I do not have cough, fever, or any allergies,also there is no weight loss or loss of appetite. It all started after exposure to Air Condition for a week. Please suggest.

My mother was having a coughing symptom for last 8 months. We went to doctor he told us to take a chest CT scan. But the report for sputum came out negative but for sputum for genexpert came positive. We were told to give her akurit 4 for 4 tablets in empty stomach. But sometimes she is experiencing shortness of breathing will it cure. As it was found there was a cavity in the lung will it heal itself and recover on its own. Please guide
