Chest & Breathing Problems

Hey there I have recently diagnosed with asthma and my Eos% is 15.8 and doctor gave me some medicines also an inhaler with spacer but issue is when I take inhaler my heartbeat increases from normal and stays on that increasing rate for more than 2 hours .. What should I do Please help I take inhaler 2× in morning also 2× in night I keep 1 minute gap after taking the first push of inhaler and then take the second push and also I hold breath for 5-10 seconds after taking the first push of inhaler then Breath out .. Pl help me as what should I do to stop this increasing heartbeat , is it anything else

Hi doctors recently i have been diagnosed with both allergic rhinitis and allergic bronchitis but with xray and blood work didnt take pft,after i took pft which is very low fev1 and fvc,Is this permanent can this be cured? Is this allergic bronchitis and  chronic bronchitis same how both differ?

My SPO2 is jumping between 95-99 and it is 95 majorly and not 99..is it a cause for concern? And I am feeling short of breath due to thinking about it as below 95 indicates problem I heard

In echo i get trivial TR . Cardio says it normal But PASP value is like . 19mmhg , sometimes 23mmhg and 20mmhg Is is something serious ? I don't have any symptoms

I got viral fever and  took Dolo and Azee 500, post that was coughing , later it was a chest conjestion which is not going, now it's more wheezing and coughing. Did 3 rounds of antibiotics treatment including medicine, nebulization and cough syrup, but the wheezing is not going completely , still there are bouts of coughing with wheezing. Are these common in Pune due to weather changes or something alarming ?

My 2 year old girl started having rashes on her skin that she itches a lot since last 2 months. Recently she also has bronchitis and also lost 2.5 kg weight in 2 weeks. We got her tested and found her Serum Ige is higher 1127. Please suggest on this.

My 69 year old mother already has stage 3 lung cancer and is going through immunotherapy but suddenly since last 1 month she is coughing a lot, a lot, antibiotics didn't work, nebulizer didn't help so ct scan was done and there is a left upper lobe lesion being inflammatory or infective showing progression... Doctor doubts TB and want to do a broncoscopy but my mother has no fever or weight loss.. just coughing.. Is the broncoscopy really necessary? She is scared to get it done? Can this be tb?

I am a bit stressed I am getting spo2 of 95 but it's not always 95 it is increasing 95,96,97,99,98 but why going 95/96 is scaring me as below 95 is not normal I heard and seeing 95 scared me a lot I don't know why it is going to 95/96 instead of 98-99 I am feeling shortness of breath due to anxiety now Is there any test I should do or something As I am so scared pls help
