Sudden breathing problem

Hi experts, since sudden spike in air pollution in Delhi I have been suffering from shortness of breath, cough and wheezing in breath almost everyday. Have to take foracort 400 inhaler twice a day along with montek LC and Unicontin. These medicines help but they are not the cure , they control the symptom and let me breathe but the problem isn't going away. Plz suggest what can I do to get rid of this problem permanently?

How serious is the PAH?

Recently I got my 2D Echo done as part of routine checkup from health insurance company. I had a VSD closure done when I was 1.5 years old. In the 2D Echo, everything has come out Normal and even the VSD patch is intact. However, the PASP value is on a higher side (39mm Hg) and the Conclusion in the report says Mild TR/PAH. My health insurance company denied the service citing Pulmonary Hypertension. So naturally, I googled up on this and found its prognosis very bad (median 5 years survivability) as it is not curable. Weirdly, I haven't yet shown any symptoms and only time I get shortness of breath is when I climb 4 floor stairs, which i attribute to my weight. I consulted with a Cardiologist for the same, but he was very chill saying it's very common here and you don't need to worry about it. Just redo Echo once every six months. He didn't prescribe any medicine, nor subjected to any additional test like RHC. So my question is: 1. Is Mild PAH common in India? 2. how long do I have

I am suffering from asthama from last 15 years. At present, I am taking Budamate 200 inhealer twice a day regularly, as advised by Doctor. I am also suffering from severe respiratory allergy, sneezing pharyngitis etc are common routine illnesses for me. Almost on regular basis I need to take Anti Histamine tablet. How can I get relief from this? It becomes frustrating now. I have consulted lots of doctor, do lots of test. But I am not cured.

Recurrent fever

My uncle (Age 68) has been on High BP medication for last 15+ yrs. He recently had chest, stomach and urine infection in August and was admitted to a nursinghome with high fever, sudden hypoxia, and 1 episode of heart failure. At nursinghome, chest infection impression was stated 'like bronchitis', and stomach infection was stated as 'enteric fever'. During release after 8 days, doctor said that people on prolonged High BP meds were prone to infections at old age. We followed up with same doctor each month, conducting almost all advised routine tests each time, and every time the values improved and normalized within respective ranges. However, the fever has started recurring since last Saturday, around 100-101 at daytime and 101-102 at night. There are presently no other symptoms except fever. Current Urine tests, XRay, USG & Echo are all OK, incl. Blood work, except Hb is 10.5, total RBC 3.88, ESR 45, CRP 59. Except high BP, he never had any health issues. What could be the problem?
