Chest & Breathing Problems

My mother in law sputum afb , genxpert both are negative but mountex test is positive . X ray is showing pulmonary koch and in hrct also chances pf pulmonary kich is mentioned .

Is wheezing always present in all the lung diseases . As in is wheezing a sign of all the lung diseases ?

I face difficulty breathing, hrct thorax reveals not one but FEW SUBCENTIMETRIC LYMPH NODES IN PRE TRACHEAL AND PRE CARINAL REGIONS others all normal are subcentimetric nodes serious ,is it causing obstruction , are subcwntimetric nodes to be worried about what should be done .

Can someone please help in putting up some information as why this instrument is beingg used up in hospitals?

I have been diagnosed with asthma 3 months back and also have allergy rhinitis start with allergy ended up with asthma nose turbinates are inflamed taking tabs and sprays i did repeat pft and FOT test yesterday taking inhaler Formoflo-G capsule 2 times a day and also i have sticky mucus which is grey colour i use to smoke before can and dr read the report and tell me exactly attached reports below

I had cold, cough almost 2 months back. Recovered. But after that in 8-10 days getting severe cough which lasts for 3-4 hours. Have taken azithromicin and montelukast as prescribed but didn't help. Did a chest x-ray and it was normal. No cough at all for 8-10 days then suddenly it's happening. Please suggest.

This is kind of hard to explain, I think it's nothing serious but when I am usually lying down or about to sleep feeling tired I exhale through my mouth and with that I make a strange noise from my mouth. Like panting, it's normal but when I think about it it's not. I just noticed that and I am wondering what is it called and is it serious.

Hello, From morning, I'm experiencing sneezing and mild runny nose. In the afternoon, I took flu shot as I'm experiencing cold frequently. So, will my cold show affect on flu shot?

Was having cough for 2 month clear mucus and no other symptoms. Consulted pulmonologist and he suggested antibiotics , and she started the course but later she consulted another doc she said it's viral, and no need of antibiotics . But since she started she needs to continue antibiotics , will it be dangerous for her will it cause resistance or super bug ?
