Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi, I have been facing right/left chest burning sensation for three weeks but now burning sensation only on right chest. I tried most of the test like chest Xray, 2xECG, ECHO, TMT & Lipid profile. My burning sensation feelings are peculiar like no pain when lying down or sleeping. No pain felt when I do deep breathing. Mild pain felt when ever I do moving activity, bike travel & coughing. I felt heavy burning sensation when sneezing and pain persist for next 5mins.

Can there be any adverse effects on breasts in females if they undetake 2-3 hrct thorax scans ? Is it definitive to see any consequences later in life ?

Diagnosis Intestine TB, treatment continue 12 month DILI(Rifimincin included) Weight Gain 14 KG(65KG) Regiment: Isoniazid 300,Ethambutol 1000, Levofoxocin 1000 Last 2 Month loosing 12KG(53KG) Heavy weekness, Anemia, Gastric problem,Fever. Doctor ask for Genxpert test...!!

Having cough for last seven ...on antibiotic have done xray report attached...crp above 10 ...please analyse the x ray report

Currently there is chest to throat pain . Fluid is accumulated in lungs and fever around 101 . Orthopnea is also observed. 10 days before Typhoid was detected and medication of the same was going on. Dengue test turn out to be negative. Please advise what possible test need to be done here.
