Asthama / COPD
I have been diagnosed with asthama. I sometimes feel I need to put a lot of effort to breathe . Especially feel difficult to breath from nose and have use mouth .  Also i wake up with a itchy throat and feel like clearing my throat in the morning . I have had a 10 years history of smoking and quit 2 years back . I am worried that I have developed COPD . Please find attached my PFT . my FENO IS - 13PPB

Pft is with in Normal limits. May be Allergic aetiology.pl identify the Allergen and avoid them.pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
