Rapid weight gain
Dear Doctors Last month i have been diagnosed with Pulmonary TB.. I was given Akurit 4. But  after 12 days due to Liver Enzymes raised doctor stopped and put me on Ethambutol 1200 daily, Levofloxacin 1000 daily , Clofazimine 100 daily and PYRODOXINE 10 mg.. Within 1month 10 days my weight gain 4 kg.. I lost initially 6kg... Is there any matter of concern? And from last one week I am experiencing Paul in my shoulder and arm and thigh ,hips and back thigh? Plz guide

Weight gain is a sign of improvement. Pl consult pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.

regimen should be changed if lft normal . levofloxacin can cause joint pain
