Child Health Issues

My 3½-month-old baby has been taking Abbrivit D3 0.5 mL once daily (800 IU/mL) since birth. Today Ossopan-D 2.5 mL twice daily was prescribed, which adds another 200 IU vitamin D3 per day, making the total 600 IU vitamin D3 daily. Is it safe  to continue both at these doses?

My baby  2 years old girl has Bowed legs her calcium and vitamin d was low and she was prescribed with calcimax p and vit d3 and after 3 months vitamin d3 and calcium is within normal range and Phosphorus increase from 1.06 - 3.06 and we have been asked to do genetic testing and it came as vus( uncertain significant) for phex gene Please suggest whether she has xlh ?

My Son is 4 years old and has been suffering with fever ,cold and cough for the last 3 days. Now the fever is under 100 but he is suffering with Muscle pain in leg and unable to walk. I have already consulted with a pediatrician on the first day of fever and he advised paracetamol and ayurvedic cough syrup. What should I do for leg pain. He is afraid to walk. Kindly suggest any home remedies or how many days it takes to recover.

Hi Doctor, My son has been having high fevers around 102 and 103 and we started giving him Meftal-P Suspension (Mefenamic Acid Suspension) but after 3 hours the fever is at 101. We were told to alternate between Meftal and Crocin, how many hours do we need to wait after giving Meftal? Can you also confirm if these dosages are correct. My baby boy bw 2.4 kg...he was ariund 7 kg when 1 yr old at 13 month completion around 7.3 kg...now 16 months 7.8 kg...he has very poor appetite and eat very less he is on bm... He is late crawler...started at 10.5 month...walking stafted at 15 month. without support... Also now he prefers to crawl and walk sometimes when asked or busy playing... How to increase his weight???
