Hello Doctor, I’m reaching out regarding a patient who was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of the stomach, stage 3A. The patient underwent D-lap radical gastrectomy with D2 lymphadenectomy and Roux-en-Y reconstruction in May 2025, followed by 4 cycles of FLOT chemotherapy, with the last cycle completed in August. Over the past two weeks, the patient has been experiencing occasional abdominal pain and difficulty swallowing. An ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis was done, which showed: Suspicious omental thickening in the epigastric region Small supra-umbilical hernia with bowel loops as content Stomal erosions I request your advice if any further treatments are needed as patient.has lost almost 5 kg in span of 2 weeks.( reduced 55 kgs to 49kg) Appreciate your time.in responding Thank you in.advance

Symptoms of lymphoma. Did PET scan and FNAC test and showing possibility of cancer. Didn't do biopsy yet.

My father has left main triple vessel coronary artery disease, his Haemoglobin went down to 6.80, when did endoscopy and colonoscopy, it was found that he has tumor and it is sigmoid colon cancer which is in stage 4. How should we proceed in this case? IMPRESSION: • Redundant sigmoid colon with approx. 6.5-7 cm segment of sigmoid showing heterogeneously enhancing asymmetric wall thickening measuring ~ 1.8 cm in maximum thickness. Significant pericolonic nodularity and small nodular deposits noted adjacent to involved segment. • Few enlarged heterogeneously enhancing pericolonic nodes as mentioned. Features suggests malignant neoplastic pathology with omental deposits and metastatic nodes as mentioned.

I Have some nerve sensation from back to chest wall and getting fear of breast cancer what to do?M crying like hell in sitting in one corner can't concentrate in any of the work can't eat only crying reports are normal but m feeling abnormal from inside

The result is 123.00 IU/ML What should i do next process for this. Is this harmful or nothing to worry i need clarification.

Two days ago, I had another CT scan done due to head pain, and the report is normal. I have had two brain CT scans in my life, one at the age of 8 and another at 18. I am worried that the radiation from the CT scans might cause cancer in the future. Please sir, reply and help me, I have been very anxious for the past 6 days.

My cousin who is suffering from stage 4 cancer. Started from renal, the general dietitian in hospital suggested that no to eat or drink foods made with Ragi. As it is not suitable for patients  with renal cancer . Could you provide your thoughts on Ragi foods for renal cancer patients.

I have cyst on the back of my neck where hair line ends it is movable just under the skin nearly about 2 years and in 2 years grows slightly it is dangerous or what and I attached one photo of the cyst it didn't give any discomfort to me

I was diagnosed with carcinoma nasopharynx in the year (2013). After which I recieved chemo and radiation. Now iam OK . But due to Radiation therapy I had developed dental caries. Now after tooth infection and removing one embedded tooth root I had a biopsy done of tissue from lower jaw gum ,recommended by dental surgeon. The biopsy report suggests "overall favours leukoplakia without dysplasia" .After examination by my cancer treating doctor at Apollo Gleneagles, kolkata there are no visible white patches and he advised no treatment required. But the dental surgeon recommends Blue light treatment, to treat me, treatment protocal is monthly two sitting for 6 months to remove white patch which is not physically visible by Doc at Apollo and also local dentist,need your valuable remarks on the subject.do I need to go for any further treatment.
