Can you tell em the pet scan reports mean Opinion: In a known case of carcinoma tongue, 18F FDG PET/CT findings are suggestive of FDG avid ill-defined heterogeneously enhancing soft tissue density lesion involving the left lateral border of tongue, anteriorly involving the tip of tongue and posteroinferiorly involving the hyoid bone (as described above) - likely residual primary neoplastic etiology. • FDG avid left level Ib and l cervical lymphnodes (as described above) - likely metastatic disease. • No definite evidence of clinically significant hypermetabolism noted anywhere else in the body in the current study.

These small spots no pain no any-other symptoms have appeared dont know exact time just noticed fews days ago should i worry? I have not comsumed alcohol or tabacoo my entire life

Im 20 female, no family history or breast cancer but I've always been scared of it, I keep looking for symptoms and it's gotten to a point where Im sure I might have breast cancer. Recently, I was lying down on my back, and I pressed my left breast and felt something hard. Im not sure if it is a lump or not because I cant find it anymore. Also, my breasts hurt sometimes, and if I pinch a mass, not just the skin but some part of the insides of the breast too, they hurt with a sharp pain. Otherwise, my breasts hurt if Im lying on one side, the other side will hurt. I just wanna know if I should be concerned or if it's normal. My bra size is 34D, in case the size matters in diagnosis too.

Post tongue surgery, in pet CT report confirms Few mild metabolically active and non metabolically active level lb, ll deep cervical lymph nodes with relatively preserved fatty hilum on both the sides more likely to be inflammatory.

Since past few months , I can feel my Lower Neck has A rubbery round node, it's not hurting or grown in size. But does that mean it's cancerous. Been recommended to go for Neck USG for evaluation- Having a history of Smoking, I would like to know if this is cause of concern - Please also suggest ways to reduce this inflammation -

I have a small 1cm width lump on my right Breast just above the nipple. Its fixed not moving. Thick when touch.I feel like the size increases slightly. Its been 2 months i think. Slight pain when pressing. Is it cancerous or any other issue?

USG & Mamography both giving Birad 4C & Birad 5 rating for left breast lump but true cut biopsy says no evidence of cancer cells (Diagnosis : Papillary lesion left breast ), no evidence of DCIS, no evidence of malignant foci seen Note: Both mamo & USG happened post biopsy. Question : Confused with the reporting, which is more favourable scenario ?

My Mother aged about 60+, facing the issue of drops of blood discharge from left nipple from last 4 days. She dosent have any pain or lump in the surrounding areas and no reddish mark around the nipples. Why it is happening and what should be done immediately to stop it. Is this a cause of cancer? Please clarify this.
