My breast looks all dot dot in both sides also small pimples after i stop breastfeeding.I am so scared that this skin appearance is normal or is this what called orange peel appearance in breast cancer.Pics attached.Please please reply me its normal or concerning.Im so scared.

I'm experiencing a recurring and evolving set of symptoms over the past several months. Your presentation includes recurrent sore throats (every 2-3 weeks, for 2-3 months), often accompanied by a feverish feeling and sometimes a low-grade fever (e.g., 99.6°F), have an enlarged tonsil with occasional deeply embedded tonsil stones, and a single neck lymph node that fluctuates in size with your sore throats, never fully resolving. I have ongoing joint pain for three months, affecting multiple joints (primarily the right knee, sometimes the left knee and pelvic region) without visible swelling or redness, mostly occurring in the evening and at night, and recurring after resolving for a day or more. I also have occasional involuntary jerks in  limbs and back, a sensation of suppressing a jerk, moments of numbness in affected areas, and intermittent dizziness (especially when lying down). also have tiny, red, thread-like or wavy blood vessels appearing randomly under the skin here and there

Doctor, I've had a mouth ulcer for 8 to 9 days. Initially, eating was painful, but using an ulcer cream for the past two days has provided some relief. However, I still experience discomfort when applying the cream. As a former smoker who quit over five years ago, I'm concerned that the ulcer isn't healing. Can you please offer some guidance? I am a 37 year old women I got diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer in 2022, underwent thyroidectomy followed by radioiodine therapy.(last year in 2024 i gave birth to my son Who i am currently breastfeeding,he was born preterm and I underwent blood transfusion).i Recently did my blood tests which showed very Low Tsh 0.02 i m taking 150 mcg thyroxine , USG was also normal showing reactive nodes.these days i constantly feel fatigued, lose my temper easily, sensitive to heat also tingling sensation in feet, i forget to take my calcium medications often . Kindly help me

Hi, my father diagnosed with lung cancer, he has no prior bad habits like smoking or drinking. It might be genetic because my grandfather also had the same issue in past. I have attached all PET scan reports. Please suggest survival rate and quality of life.

In a routine test, back in January, I found out my HB was 17.2 and PCV was 51. Went to Haematologist and underwent EPO and MPN panel full, with one unit of phlebotomy. EPO was 6.3 and entire MPN panel was negative. After repeating CBC today, my HB is 16.5 and PCV is 56. I still occasionally smoke, one a day or once in two days. could this be Primary Polycythemia? I am very scared.

I have been having 2-3 polyps in rectum since long but detected 7 months ago only.. they were biopsied and revealed to be hyperplastic.. size was perhaps 0.5 cm n total of 3.. my Dr was not at all concerned and told me that we will remove them whenever you want, but they don't carry any risk Later on, I shifted to some other city and got busy with my life and never focused on this until I heard about a colleague getting diagnosed with bowel cancer, and I suddenly became scared about my situation Please tell me, how should I proceed next? Do these polyps Turn cancerous easily?
