I'm suffering from breast pain my mammography report says that A microcalcific focus seen in right axillary tail region. Both breast birads 0 what does it's mean

I am attaching the investigation report of Biopsy of my mother in laws. Oncologist has advised for radiation and chemotherapy. Should I go with the advise or is there some other treatment option are still available before starting of chemotherapy and radiotherapy for treatment of esophegus carcinoma. Please suggest.

Good evening doctor, Patient aged 72 with diabetic history and hypothyroidism history with no bad habits and weight 90kgs height 5'10. He has developed this swelling or growth in the pallate without any pain, no bleeding ,no issue in swallowing and speaking or eating and chewing. He has no fever and no pain in the mouth . What does it look like? Is this malignant or normal growth? Kindly guide what does it look similar to in your opinion ? Photograph attached for reference.

I am Lactating Mother From May 2024 after my delivery due to Ceaseran I couldn't breast fed my baby for 2 days that the reason my both breast got heavy after malish it got normal by I felt a Lump from since 2024 may in my Breast i thought it is milk gath isliye I didn't look after it .it last 10mnths the lump was as it is but it cause any pain for me as shorts it's a painless lump so I did test like sonography and mri of breast and visited gynecologist and took treatment for 6months and did other sonobreast report but the lumps are as it . I m worried for the same whether it's cancer? Still I m lactating my baby

Sir, my aunt has to do 18 FDG PET CT for her previous thyroid cancer check up. We have children in our home. Should she come in direct contact with the children after her test? If no then how long the isolation is required so that she doesn't come in contact with the children(1 year baby and 6 years baby)? For how long the children/babies should not use the same car which she used after her test? ( I fear as the car generally remains closed the radiation might be retained long in car).

My sister has cancer and has been receiving a combination of Nab Paclitaxel & carboplatin for the past few months with very good response. Recently, during the chemo infusion, she developed mild rashes on her skin. The infusion was stopped, she was given medication and the rash was resolved. There were no breathing issues, swelling, or abnormal blood pressure. I want to know is it safe for her to continue with the same combination from next cycle considering very good response she has shown to this combination?
