Cancer Care and Treatment

Hello mam, I am 18 years old, from Odisha. I had a head injury 10 years ago and had a brain CT scan done at that time. Two days ago, I had another CT scan done due to head pain, and the report is normal. I have had two brain CT scans in my life, one at the age of 8 and another at 18. I am worried that the radiation from the CT scans might cause cancer in the future. Please sir, reply and help me, I have been very anxious for the past 6 days.

My cousin who is suffering from stage 4 cancer. Started from renal, the general dietitian in hospital suggested that no to eat or drink foods made with Ragi. As it is not suitable for patients  with renal cancer . Could you provide your thoughts on Ragi foods for renal cancer patients.

I have cyst on the back of my neck where hair line ends it is movable just under the skin nearly about 2 years and in 2 years grows slightly it is dangerous or what and I attached one photo of the cyst it didn't give any discomfort to me

I was diagnosed with carcinoma nasopharynx in the year (2013). After which I recieved chemo and radiation. Now iam OK . But due to Radiation therapy I had developed dental caries. Now after tooth infection and removing one embedded tooth root I had a biopsy done of tissue from lower jaw gum ,recommended by dental surgeon. The biopsy report suggests "overall favours leukoplakia without dysplasia" .After examination by my cancer treating doctor at Apollo Gleneagles, kolkata there are no visible white patches and he advised no treatment required. But the dental surgeon recommends Blue light treatment, to treat me, treatment protocal is monthly two sitting for 6 months to remove white patch which is not physically visible by Doc at Apollo and also local dentist,need your valuable remarks on the subject.do I need to go for any further treatment.

A level 1 left axillary node with focal cortical thickness of 3.8 mm is seen. It has equivocal appearances. An irregular dense non circumscribed mass with multiple lobulations in the upper outer quadrant of the left breast at the 3’ O’ clock 3A position. Imaging features are suspicious? Infiltrating malignancy? Fibroepithelial mass. A level 1 left axillary node with focal cortical thickening has equivocal appearances. ACR BI-RADS CATEGORY LEFT BREAST IV B: Suspicious. Oval circumscribed isodense masses in the right breast at 9’ O’ clock 2B position and 2’ O’ clock 2B position are s/o benign etiology likely fibroadenomas. ACR BI-RADS CATEGORY RIGHT BREAST II: Benign.

I am pregnant and I want to preserve my baby's stem cell but I have seen some videos they are saying it is not worthy please suggest.

High grade multicentric glioma under rf ? GBM with k/c/o- HTN/hypothyroid malignant neoplasm of brain, unspecified - C719. Had the brain surgery on 8 june at 6 pm, patient responded well to the surgery and the aftercare and was discharged in an stable condition since that no radiotherapy chemotherapy or any other medications except the post op were given , suddenly since last 1 month patients left hand is unresponsive, now after that her left leg is also slowly stopping activity, also her op site has mild swelling , can you recommend some mild medications to improve her right limbs not getting paralyzed please?

Attached Histopathology report of lump in breast. Please check and suggest what your findings are. Whether there's something concerning or not??

My aunt had a womb removal surgery 25 years ago after that she just have normal pains and white discharge which she ignored recently  bleeding started from her anus and urethra and then dr. Tells us that she has cancer and it's  spread to her internal organs so please suggest what can we do now
