Ulcer on toung from last 40 days
She has a ulcer about 2.5 cm from last 45 days. She takes normal medication like orasore, omiprazol etc but not recover. She done biopsy also but report not understood. So need to consult what can I do and explain the attached report.

First you need to understand the biopsy report which says verrucous leucoplakia which is a premalignant condition (higher chance to convert into malignancy) so further workup needs to be done.
