My father have been diagnosed with a small mass lesion in kidney less than 4 cm, exophytic, nephrometry score is 6, urologist suggested for partial nephrectomy, my fear is with the lung nodules as it can happen beacuse of metastasis, we have done PET CT , reporte are yet to come, the nodules are so small cannot be even takrn for biopsy, will do repeat CT after 6 months, but if cancer then what are the chances of recovery?

Need consultation with best uro Oncologist in New Delhi. BCG 80 mg  applied 6 times at an interval of one week, after cystoscopy no appearance of tumor cells, but then after maintenance dose 3 times at an interval of one week, lesions appear, may be tumor.

I have white discharge from my right breast nipple, when I squeezed it, a small white drop came out. I have a slight pain in my nipple. Then my periods are delayed. Then I have hypothyroidism. What could be the reason? Is there a chance of cancer?

From past 2 months when I touch or press under my right jaw there is something moving like a ball.I guess its not grown but its still there and I don't feel that thing in my left side under jaw.I have done CBC and its normal.I am confused whether its swollen lymph node or some part of the body.Its not visibly seen and I can only feel it when I press it.Please help me with further evaluation.

I wanted to understand why my CEA level is slightly elevated. My value is 2.56, while my brother’s and my husband’s and mother in law CEA levels are around 0.8, which is making me feel anxious. I got this test done mainly because there was a health check-up offer, and they said it is good for routine screening. Breast lump present for about 2 years, size remained stable at 2.8 cm. After biopsy, the lump increased rapidly and is now around 6 cm. Biopsy result shows Invasive Ductal Carcinoma and HER2 positive. A core needle biopsy was done multiple times — 6 passes in the breast lesion and 3 passes in the axillary (underarm) area. Recent sonomammogram shows a solid heterogeneous lesion with mild to moderate internal vascularity. I have breast pain. I need guidance regarding treatment options and I am afraid of chemotherapy.
