Spitting blood from my mouth for the past 1 year. Whenever I spit out blood, I get a headache and feel dizzy. Pls help why is the Reason.

Respected Doctor, I have a unhealed while 5 and half years episiotomy wound not healed properly wound means a pin point gap in the Anul right side if any chance to grow cancer? Consulted 7 more doctors including surgeons gynecologists homeopathy and ayurveda Doctor too but everyone tells there is no problem with it but some times I will press the wound blood comes sometimes small amount of pus comes my question is if any chance to cancer I really tensed about it  plz help Doctor 🙏

I have attached the range for the cancer screening. The interpretation says for CA15.3 as "CA 15.3 may be elevated in benign Breast and Liver diseases". Can someone help me.

My mom’s grandmother had breast cancer at the age of 75. Her grandmother had 4 daughters and None had got breast cancer neither any cancer. Now my mom’s own sister has got breast cancer at 37 age but it’s not tripple negative breast cancer. My mom's sister Priyanka Dutta (your mom’s sister) had ER+/PR+/HER2– breast cancer at age 37. • The tumor was 1.8 cm, margins were free, and 0/4 sentinel lymph nodes were positive. • Chemotherapy was not recommended, and she is on Tamoxifen There are no family history of breast cancer in my mom's family except for my mom's grandmother who had breast cancer at the age of 75. Her grandmother had 4 daughters and none has breast cancer but my mom's sister has breast cancer at 37 age . Is my mom and sister at breast cancer risk? My father has surgery of GIST  25 days ago Low grade PT2 classification spindle type Mitosis rate less than 5 With CD117 and DOG1 positive. Is he required Imatinib 400 or low dose for 2 years or only surgery is sufficient ? Please advise

I sometimes have this kind of folding in areola appearing from the top of nipple going into the areola, its happening for quite few years now I think, I'm attaching the picture for reference, please kindly see and let me know if it's normal or does cancerous change cause this kind of folding, because I have read it somewhere.
