  4. Throat infection. Please evaluate!

I have been suffering from throat pain and mild pain while swallowing food. And there is bump near my wisdom tooth.I am anxious about what is this bump and my tonsils appearing with white spots. I had oral sex with my partner recenly. My partner doesn't have any std's or any infections.I have googled the symptoms and i am afraid is it something linked to oral cancer or any serious problem i am becoming paranoid. I want to know what is the cause of the problem.i have attached the images of my issue. Please evaluate

Picture is not very much clear but to the extent i m able to see it looks like tonsillitis only. In tonsillitis also white colour material appear over tonsil area. According to me it doesnt look worrisome.
