In this report getting Ewing sarcoma but in fish test showing negative what I need to consider and also.I have sent bone biopsy , in the bone biopsy shows Test : Biopsy, medium Histopathology no: VCD-0303/24 Brief clinical data: ?Metastasis in D12 and L2 vertebrae. ?Infection. Specimens : Biopsy lesions D12 and L2 vertebrae Macroscopic examination : Received a labelled container, with formalin fixative, containing a dark brown blood clot like material, measuring 3.0x1.5x1.0 cm. Tiny fragment of grey-white tissues are seen in the clot. Bits codes : 2/3rds tissue processed. Partially embedded: 01 block. Grossing done by Dr.A.Venugopal. Microscopic examination : Sections show blood clots with fragmented bony trabeculae and haemopoietic tissue. The haemopoietic tissue shows increase in neutrophilic cells. The bony tissue is fragmented. No evidence of granulomata, caseation necrosisk, suppuration seen. No increase in plasma cells, lymphoid cells or other evidence of malignancy

I've cervical in my left shoulder from almost 2 year and its also hurt in my left arm left underarm and in mu kefr chest. Sometimes i thought what if it is a breast cancer. Is this possible? I've self examine my breast and i disnt saw any abnormalities. So i need to get mammogram ?

Hi, My aunt was diagnosed with Myeloma stage 3 on Feb'23. Since then she's going through treatment of bortezomib and dexamethasone. As per her current report of electrophoresis, M-band is not there. Doc stopped bortezomib and dexamethasone one month back and suggested to go for Zolendoric. She was doing fine. But 2 days ago she got mild fever with chills, loss of appetite and itching issue. Is the Myeloma relapsing? I'm scared

Sir/ma'am Patient aged 70 is diabetic hypothyroidism person. He was diagnosed orla scc left side stage 4A in june2022  and was treated with surgery+radiotherapy and chemotherapy. On his routine follow-up he underwent USG neck and his reports are attached. Also after USG he underwent FNAC USG and He has no complaints or symptoms and eating well and doing well. Kindly guide is this FNAC suggestive of anything serious? What should be our next step? Thankyou Latest TSH:6.11 rest everything is normal including CBC.

I've felt a small( size of a pea) lump in my armpit 2 days back. It caused mild pain and discomfort for the first day but it's totally painless right now. No other major symptom. I read that it was a symptom of cancer. I'm super worried.

So my dad is 68 years old. Stage 4 stomach cancer. He had only stomach pain symptoms he is walking, talking, eating good food, working. He has bp problem. No other issues. Doesn't know any family history of cancer. Pet cet results show spread in multiple lymph nodes, ge junction, neck. Doctor told chemo Its written palliative Chemotherapy. What does it mean?? I've left chest pain with left arm and shoulder pain since 2 years now. Heart test came fine but in shoulder xray i was diagnosed with cervical. But this chest pain is constant with sometime my underarm hurt i didnt see any visible abnormality on my breast yet but only left chest pain with left arm and shoulder pain.
