A swelling
I have a swelling in between my breasts, a bit towards the right breast. It's hard but the swelling is not that prominent but can be felt.. Also have one small little swelling at the back of my neck below the hair line...might be there for about 3 weeks or more.
Also my breast pain at times.
Plesse tell me what can it be? And what tests should I get done which wouldn't harm my breast. Thank you.

Your symptoms seems to suggest of a benign disease, but would recommend you to consult a general surgeon for clinical examination and then consider imaging if that indicated

It's looking like a fibrocystic disease. It's a benign condition. But you should see surgical oncologist as soon as possible to rule out any other causes

You need to consult the surgical oncologist for assessment and ultrasound breast and if required biopsy from the lump. Then plan for treatment. Any lump in the breast shouldn’t be ignored
