Dad has adenocarcinoma of ge junction stage 4. Hes been given capox chemo this is the blood reports after second chemo. Do we have to do anything to increase platelets and rbc. Any medicine or home medicine??

Is it ok to have PET scan...........or does it affect the body by its radiations....................

In the metastasis of the liver and lungs. Detected with Pancreatic cancer. Can we go for further chemotherapy without having liver biopsy??

Hi My wife was tested with papillary thyroid carcinoma. Now thyroid has been removed via surgery. Radio Iodin scan test has been done in which 2 small cells are found . Doctor has advice for Radio Iodin Therapy . After Radio Iodin Therapy will it be clear. And is there a chance where it will come back. Report has been attached .

Pt. is 59yr old and have pancreatic cancer detected last year. Underwent whipple surgery and following that chemotherapy ( capecitabine & gemcitabine) and now the cancer got spread to lungs & liver metastasis. Shall we go for liver biopsy or liquid biopsy. Please recommend which will be suitable.

Can a person take PET Scan again after 1 week? Pls prescribe the treatment for the above question. Can it be cured

My father was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in July, 2023 and underwent whipple surgery on 29th July ,2023. Following the surgery, he received six months of chemotherapy, comprising Gemcitabine and Capecitabine, which concluded on February 13. Gemcitabine was administered in six cycles, each comprising three sessions per week, while Capecitabine was taken as one tablet in the morning and two tablets at night for 14 consecutive days, followed by a seven-day break.  Subsequently, a PET scan was performed on February 22,,2024 revealing metastases to the lungs and liver. Pls suggest the further treatment and test

PATIENT - 62 years, female. Height - 5 ft 2 inch. CONDITION-hyperthyroidism, hypertension, CKD, Ovary Cyst, prediabetic. SYMPTOM - weight loss by 10 kg in one year (from 58kg to 48 kg) else no symptoms at a physical level. BIOCHEMISTRY- alpha feto protein, ca 19-9, ca 125, mSpike, electrophoresis, ANA test all in normal range, CBC normal except slightly lowered haemoglobin (11.6). Cervical pap smear - normal Mammography - normal Carcino embryonic antigen- normal Creatinine - 1.58 Serum Beta HCG-4.38 (range 0-3). Serum HE4-143 pmol/L TVS PELVIS FINDINGS - (report attached please have a look) 1) small hypoechoic nodular lesion (0.45 x 0.61 cm) in posterior fundus 2) Thin endometrial fluid collection (3.9 mm thickness) 3) Benign left ovary (cyst size 2.99 x 4.45 x 5.35 cm) 4) Small simple right ovarian cyst (cyst size 0.66 x 0.84 cm). I beg before you, some of you, please throw some light on the scenario. The statistics are of my mother. Please help..

Iam having loss of appetite since 6 month since a year as I have to eat forcefully and have no interest in having food. I have got test done but nothing is there in the report except diabetics..please suggest somthing.
