Cancer Care and Treatment

My sister was diagnosed with Angiosarcoma Breast last year, undergone Mastectomy and post Mastectomy underwent multiple cycles of Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy. Recently  a recurrence of 2 cm in Liver and 1.3 cm in lung has been noticed in the regular PET-CT scan. The tumor that was resected last year was sent for Physical Examination to check for any markers. I am sharing You the Genetic report and PET-CT scan reports. Can anyone suggest the best treatment for this case.

On 04 th may 2024  at 10 30 PM we done cbc and we found platelet count as 73000 and when we did full body checkup at 05th may 2024 at 6PM it came 67000.could you please tell why is it so.
