Which imagine is usefull for detection breast cancer after delivered baby? mri, mammogram or usg?? and after how many days i can go for it so that i can get accurate result?

Iwant to do breast imagine for cancer detection. after how many days of delivery i can get mammogram or mri? which is sufficient? kindly help me plz

My maternal grandfather is suffering from esophageal cancer and he is having difficuty in swallow food, whatever he is eating it is coming out from the neck wound, the neck swelling is burst out and all the pus secreated, what should we do right now ? Patient become weak and still the pus is coming out from the neck wound, how we can manage? Will the wound will heal ? How we can focus on nutrition?

My usg breast is normal and dr said its sufficient and no need mri. but i got confused that other mammo and mri scan will detect cancer? if usg is normal though???

My grand father is suffering from lung cancer which has spread severely to his neck/ throat region, neck is swelling a lot and become red and he is unable to swallow food or not eating food or anything, his hb is 7 mg/dl currently...I just want to ask about the swelling is so severe so how to manage that ? Will it be burst from inside ? How to manage the condition or saving the patient from that... patient is unable to eat or swallow food and become so weak and a severe weight loss happened.

Hello doctor, about 5 month before I tested CBC the platelet range in between 2 to 3 lakh .now a  days my platelet is in range of 90k to 1 lakh in automated test but in manual reading it is in 1.8 lakh to 2.8 lakh .my pathologist said i have normally big platelet cell size. My question is why suddenly my platelet size is bigger than previous month or yrs .is this indicate any kind of future upcoming problem or it is just a normal mutation?
