Cancer Care and Treatment

So my dad  69 years old has bp problem, no other issues. has adenocarcinoma of ge junction stage 4. He completed his 6 cycle of  capox chemo.  Now his chemo medicine over 4 days back. He has Side-effects like weakness, no taste. During chemo he had stomach pain and a headache . But now hes fully active.  He eats. Says his motion also no problem. So today after he came from toilet. I could see a blood clot which was red in colour and may be 1/2 cm on the toilet seat. He told he dint see anything when he flushed. I'm not sure if he has observed his stool. And he doesn't like us talking about the cancer. May be he gets scared. But im worried. Pet cet scan is scheduled in 4 days. Is it something to worry about?? Or we can wait for petcet scan??

Section examined shows multiple, tiny biopsy tissue pieces lined by keratinized stratified squamous epithelium showing hyperplasia and acanthosis. Focal mild dysplasia is noted in the lining epithelium. The scant underlying fibrocollagenous stroma shows moderate to marked mixed inflammation comprising of lymphocytes, plasma cells, eosinophils and few neutrophils. One of the bit shows granulation tissue formation. Impression: Excision biopsy from tongue :- mild focal dysplasia. Advised: 1) Clinico-radiological correlation. 2) Repeat biopsy from representative area to rule out invasion and malignancy .

Hello sir, here is my usg breast report. do i need further investigation like mammogram or mri or this usg is sufficient. i fear that usg may miss something that shows on mammogram and mri??? is that true??

Doctor I felt a lump on my lower back just above the buttocks . I don't know from when it is there . I fell like these lumps are there not only one but 4-5 lumps are like there in the lower back just above my buttocks. I have shared my usg report . I was anxious so I went for a usg . Sir i did one HRCT (High resolution ct scan of the thorax) in 2020...then another scan in july 2023 and again after 10 months i did another HRCT of the thorax in 2024 ......total 3 HRCT thorax done... i have read about radiation in CT scans..and in HRCT more radiation is used.... Sir i am afraid of the side effects of the 3 scans i have done.....Please guide me....i am worried
