Cancer Care and Treatment

Earlier he was diagnosed with mouth cancer. It has been treated at TATA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, MUMBAI. Surgery was on 12/09/2018. Now on 11th may CT scan has been done and in its report we found that there are heterogeneously enhancing nodular lesions with fat standing is seen the right parotid region and FNAC was done later.

From last 10 days I have bone and muscle pain in arms , thighs and leg it is due to extreme hot weather or even I got blood cloths or there is serious problems I am stress

Hey which is best imagine for breast cancer screening for me?? usg or mammogram?? i had done usg which comes normal . do i need further mammogram??? as ik fear that usg will not detect and mammogram will detect. can i go for mammogram??

Frequent urination , white flakes or mucus every time I urinate , dvt pain in thighs legs arms feeling weak I am stress out urine routine is normal , ultrasound shows partially Decented Bladder blood test are also normal like esr , cbc , ck protein etc I am stress

In January 2022, I discovered a large lymph node in my supraclavicular region. After undergoing blood tests and medication, it shrank on its own within a month. However, around 7-8 months later, a small lymph node reappeared. Despite consulting multiple doctors and undergoing FNAC and additional blood tests, all results indicated normalcy. Despite this reassurance, my anxiety heightened due to online information. Today, I underwent a USG, and the radiologist informed me that the nodes are present but are all normal in size. The sizes are 1.4*0.4cm and 0.5*0.4 cm. They advised against further action, as the nodes are healthy. While some doctors reassured me, one suggested a biopsy, leaving me confused and deeply depressed. I'm uncertain about what to do next and would appreciate your guidance.

Only usg is sufficient tool to find breast cancer for me. or else need any other imaging like mammogram or mri?

I have painless submental and submandibular lymphadenopathy with maintained fatty hilum .Does it show cancer or something I am worried doctor.plz reply
