Yes this is CML. Like I mentioned it has excellent prognosis if managed well. Oral tablet based medicine will be prescribed

Hi it indicates CML. Yes CML is very much treatable now a days. If the patient uses TKI tab regularly and is on regular follow-up, the survival be equal to.that of general population in 95 percent of cases. So don't worry.
